We continue to grow and we have an opportunity for a customer service-focused team member to join in the key role of Trade Sales Support Team Member based at our Taupo Branch.**
We are looking for a vibrant individual who is self-motivated and pays attention to accuracy.
**Your main responsibilities include**:
- Receive incoming calls from trade and retail customers
- Give advice on price and availability of PlaceMakers products and services
- Liaise with dispatch to ensure customers’ orders are delivered.
- Source and Order specific goods for our customers
- Communicate with suppliers regarding customer’s specific needs
- General administration for procurement, delivery of goods and supplier charges
- Provide backup service for Account Managers
- You will need strong communication skills,
- High standard of customer service
- High level of administration and organisation with the ability to create systems to manage volume work.
- Be able to work under pressure and organise your time and environment for maximum efficiency
- You will need to be computer literate and full training will be given on our in-house computer systems
