**Site Supervisor**

We are seeking an accomplished and experienced Site Supervisor to join our team on working on a $800m Social Housing project working within a collaborative and forward-thinking environment, ideally with a strong finishes background.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Oversee and manage on-site activities, ensuring compliance with safety standards, quality controls, project schedules, and budgets.
- Monitor work progress and enforce rigorous safety protocols.
- Supervise and coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and on-site teams.
- Collaborate closely with the project management team to meet established objectives.
- Maintain accurate records of site operations, including daily logs and progress reports.

**About You**:

- Minimum of 5 years’ experience as a Site Supervisor in Tier 1 or Tier 2 construction.
- Demonstrated success in delivering large-scale construction projects, ideally $100m and above.
- Strong knowledge of construction methodologies, materials, and best practices.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to read and interpret complex construction plans and specifications.
- Proficiency in project management software and tools.
- Sound understanding of safety regulations and procedures.
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management or a related field is preferred.
- Able to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
