Kōrero mō te tūranga - About the role
The Business Management team for Customer Delivery supports the business groups' needs by providing our leaders and their teams with administrative coordination services. This role will be supporting our business group through a period of change and opportunity.
We have 4x permanent Coordinator roles. 1x Christchurch based, and 3x Wellington based. These roles support our Location Information, Crown Property, and Regulatory Practice and Delivery functions.

**The team has a mixed model**: allocating our people to business functions to provide teams with coordination support, whilst also working together as a squad to deliver activities that span across the group.

- Proactive and able to self manage a variety of tasks over the course of a day
- You have a track record in getting things done, and are a problem-solver with an eye for detail
- A professional, and inclusive approach to working with colleagues and customers.
- This role completes a range of daily support tasks that can range over tasks like:

- Travel booking
- Financial administration in Tech 1 and CMS (Purchase Orders, Invoices, Contracts.)
- Mastercard reconciliation
- Meeting set-up, agenda drafting and minute-taking
- Ad-hoc team support with a variety of workflow/reporting/administrative tasks

**The appointment range for these roles is**: $60,107-$74,000, dependant on skills and experience.
