We have an exciting opportunity for a meticulous and proactive Scheduler to join our Operations Support team in a full-time role, managing our work schedules and fleet maintenance._

**The role**:
Working alongside many stakeholders you will play a pivotal role in ensuring our resources (labour and fleet) are optimally utilised and that a high level of communication and reporting is maintained in relation to work schedules and fleet maintenance.

This role provides the opportunity to develop a broad skillset and in-depth knowledge of our business and industry by supporting and covering various operational tasks and working closely with our managers, support and field teams (Electricians, Line Mechanics/Cable Jointers, Arborists), and key external fleet stakeholders.

**About you**

This is a busy role with regular competing demands that requires one’s finger to remain on the pulse. This is where your proven experience in a scheduling or coordination role, and a strong ability to multitask, prioritise and self-organise will shine.

A proficiency in MS Office Suite and computing, as you will work across multiple system, will be advantageous.

You’ll be a forward thinker who has an eye for the bigger picture and will utilise this skill in integration activity planning as part of your scheduling and fleet management duties.

As an avid communicator you will be confident and comfortable in liaising and building collaborative relationships with a diverse range of people, from tradespeople to external stakeholders both verbally and in writing (with phone work being a prominent part of the role), all while maintaining accurate and detailed records.
