**About the Role**

Bring your experience and energy to this busy role providing support to Canon Finance Customers and Business Partners

**Customer Service**
- Customer contract maintenance
- Canon sales queries - support Canon’s nationwide sales team
- Canon dealer queries - support regional partners
- Arrange machine collections for completed contracts
- Provide settlement quotes
- Customer expiry letters

**Administration**
- Manage customer invoices/remittances
- Support Risk and Compliance Officer for arrears analysis and reporting
- Assist with electronic document filing
- Reconcile selected GL balance sheet accounts
- Banking back up
- Other administrative tasks as directed by Senior Financial Controller

**About You**
- Excellent communications skills both written and spoken
- Team player attitude
- Attention to detail
- An aptitude to learn new skills and functions to become familiar with all aspects of finance company administration
- Desirable: 2 years customer service experience, preferably within a financial organisation
- Word and Excel to Intermediate level
