Do you thrive in a fast-paced environment where every day brings new opportunities. We are currently seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Barista to join our team. As a Barista, you will be responsible for preparing and
serving a variety of coffee beverages, teas, and other refreshments to our
valued customers.

**Location**: Grey Lynn, Auckland

Job type Full time - 30 hours Minimum per week, based on a rotating Roster.

**Duration**: Permanent

**Pay Bracket**: Minimum Pay rate will be $29.70 per hour and the employer is
willing to go up to $32.00 per hour based on experience.

**Responsibilities**:

- Prepare and serve a diverse range of coffee beverages, including

espresso, cappuccino, latte, and specialty drinks, according to established
recipes and quality standards.
- Provide excellent customer service by greeting patrons, taking orders, and

offering recommendations based on their preferences.
- Operate coffee-making equipment, such as espresso machines and

grinders, with precision and care.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the café, including the coffee bar,

equipment, and dining area.
- Handle cash and card transactions accurately and efficiently.
- Uphold food safety and sanitation regulations at all times
- Relevant experience as a Barista or similar role preferred, but not

compulsory.
- Knowledge of coffee brewing techniques and beverage preparation

preferred, but not compulsory
- Excellent Communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Attention to detail and high standards of cleanliness.
- Flexibility to work during evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
