Christchurch, New Zealand Switched On Group Full time

In this role you will be working with the residential maintenance space to ensure that houses are up to the standers for various programs. You will be working alongside Kainga Ora, our sub-contractors, customers and internal teams to deliver on residential works.

Key Duties include but not limited to:

- Scoping of Kainga Ora residential properties
- Managing and coordinating a variety of trades to ensure that work is carried out on time and to a standard
- Quality assurance of trades work
- Invoicing of jobs
- Liaising with a variety of stakeholders internally and externally while providing a high level of customer satisfaction

In this role you will be part of a fast moving, dynamic and KPI focused organisation with a long term maintenance contract.

**Requirements**:

- Trade knowledge is highly advantageous
- Ability in supervising multiple jobs concurrently
- Ability to communicate authentically with our trade, customers, and client to ensure they understand the vision and outcomes
- Experience running multiple projects at once and ensuring they meet the strict deadlines
- Ability to make informed decisions and juggle multiple priorities

You will need the ability to adapt and work with in a fast paced, fluid environment while keeping customer experience at the forefront
