Export Logistics Coordinator

In this customer centric role, you will be responsible for handling customer orders right through to dispatch as well as dealing with external partners to ensure timelines are met. Your ability to bring stakeholders on a journey and your proactivity to anticipate customer needs will be your keys to success.

This is a Monday - Friday role working across daytime hours. The role will be based on site at The Pride Brewery located in East Tamaki, Auckland with the opportunity for hybrid working. This is a 12 month fixed term contract.

Some of the skills you will bring:

- An understanding of a customer centric environment
- Experience in handling multiple priorities and deadlines
- Ability to engage with stakeholders both internal and external and bring people on a journey
- A proactive mindset with the ability to deliver on customer needs
- Previous export experience highly regarded

Some of the things you will be doing in the role:

- Supporting with export orders from lodgment through to dispatch
- Engage with internal and external third-party stakeholders to ensure on time completion of orders
- Completion of relevant administration through the process (eg. export documentation)
- Support with customer queries via a centralised inbox
- Work with a continuous improvement mindset
