Kōrero mō te tūranga - About the role
The Lead Advisor Overseas Investment sits within the Regulatory Practice and Delivery area of the business and more broadly in the Customer Delivery Business Group. The purpose of the role is to support the Head of Regulatory Practice and Delivery (RPD) and become a trusted advisor and member of the RPD Leadership team.
You will use your strong experience in providing senior-level oversight, advice and support, and have the opportunity to focus your skills on the delivery of the Overseas Investment function at both a strategic and operational level.
You will have well demonstrated senior official relationship skills and the ability to process complex information and insights from a broad range of sources, with the aim to provide advice to the Head of Regulatory Practice and Delivery, and identify trends, issues and opportunities for Toitū Te Whenua.

- In-depth technical knowledge of the Overseas Investment legislation and regime,
- Part of the leadership teams for both RPD and Overseas Investment,
- Lead and support the Overseas Investment principal advisor cohort,

- Turn strategies into action,
