**6 Month fixed Term Position**
Renumeration - $51,291 - 57,630 in accordance with the ETU Collective Agreement
Position Description: Stores Person
This is an exciting opportunity for you to join our supply chain team at Hauora Tairawhiti Hospital as an Inventory Controller - a six month secondment. The vision of Procurement, Supply Chain & Health Technology Management (PSC&HTM) is “_Enabling equitable sustainable health care by ensuring all staff have the resources they need_.” This secondment will support this vision with the following key responsibilities:
- Computer assisted inventory management using FPIM Oracle
- Effective management of inventory and associated sub inventories
- Support to Internal and External Customers
- Records Management
- Projects and Administration
- Team Culture

**Ka kawea e koe | You will bring**:
- Experience in hospital focused supply chain. You will hold a solid understanding of supply chain processes, expectations, internal and external stakeholders
- Experience in FPIM Oracle and how this computer based inventory system supports supply chain processes
- Experience with Excel spreadsheets, formulas and based pivot tables
- Experience with extracting reports from computer based systems
- A knack for supply chain problem solving and attention to detail
- Quick learner with great deal of initiative
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Good time management and organisational skills
- Ability to work unsupervised
- Effective team member
- Self-motivated & can do initiative
- Sense of humour
- Good common sense
