He Kōrero mō te tūranga - About the Role
The Needs Assessor/Service Coordinator role is to work together with people over the age of 65 years with complex needs, and their families/whanau, to undertake assessments that identify the client's needs and strengths. The needs assessment provides the foundation to coordinate services that assist the client to live safely and as independently as possible in their community.

He Korero mōu - About You
The needs assessment tool used is the online interRAI Home Care tool, and training in using the InterRAI Home Care tool will be provided. It is essential that the successful applicant is competent in working with computers.
This is a permanent, full-time position working 1.0 FTE (40 hours per week). The applicant must be a Registered Health Professional with a current Annual Practicing Certificate.
