- We are seeking a proactive and professional _**_Personal Assistant_**_ to support the _**_Chief Nurse_**_ at Gisborne Hospital. This is a _**_full-time role_**_ providing high-level administrative support to the Chief Nurse and the broader Nursing and Quality Services team._
- In this role, you'll use your exceptional communication, coordination, and time management skills to:_

- _ Manage calendars, meetings, and communications_
- _ Support departmental planning, reporting, and quality systems_
- _ Liaise with internal and external stakeholders_
- _ Contribute to ongoing improvement initiatives within the team_
- Youll be a key point of contact within the hospital and the wider Tairāwhiti community, so professionalism, discretion, and relationship-building will be critical to your success._

**About you**

To succeed in this role, you will bring:
Proven experience as a PA or senior administrator, ideally in a healthcare setting

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Advanced Microsoft Office skills (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

Strong time management and the ability to prioritise competing demands

A flexible, professional, and team-focused approach
