**Job Description**:
The Account Manager is responsible for managing a portfolio of key customer accounts maintaining a long-term relationship with the accounts and maximising sales opportunities within them.

The predominant purpose of this role is to expand the relationships with existing customers by continuously proposing solutions that meet their objectives and acting as a strategic partner to their business.

The role will also have a component of Business Development work - identifying key customers and new opportunities as well as providing general analytical and business forecasting support.

Reporting to the Manager Partner Sales, the incumbent will also work closely with other team members within the Sales Team.

**What you'll do as an Account Manager**:

- Establish and manage key customer relationships to exceed margin, customer satisfaction and profitability targets
- Develop and implement the account strategy including the forming of commercial judgement relating to competition issues and commercial trade-offs
- Responsible for building relationships with our clients and delivering exceptional client service on a day-to-day basis
- Manage sales and margin forecasts and provide regular updates on commercial issues
- Present complex solutions in an understandable format
- Develop a thorough understanding of our products and service offerings to better upsell and cross-sell to customers
- Identify opportunity pipelines

**Qualifications**:
**What you'll need to succeed**:

- Proven experience managing commercial relationships with domestic and/or international Telecoms operators, service providers or Enterprises - desirable
- Demonstrated success in a sales environment, with strong commercial acumen and negotiation experience
- Manage sales and margin forecasts and provide regular updates on commercial issues
- Excellent listening, negotiation and presentation skills
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills
- Excellent analytical and numeric skills
- Strong time management
- Ability to work under pressure
- Self-motivated and able to thrive in a results-driven environment
