**Power tools Team Member - Mitre 10 MEGA Brougham St**

Mitre 10 MEGA Brougham St is a busy family owned Christchurch business which strives to offer exceptional customer service to every customer-every time.

Due to continuing growth, we seek the services of a suitably experienced person with a passion for power tools and their associated products.

**Our ideal applicant will have/be**:

- Experience working in a retail environment or working with power tools
- Customer service excellence ethos
- Strong multi-tasking ability
- Punctuality, reliability and honesty as a natural trait
- Physically fit and capable with no restrictions on lifting or handling
- Technology savvy, or have a willingness to learn

**The duties of this role**:

- Creating epic experiences for our customers that make their shopping journey simple, easy, and brilliant when it matters.
- Creating moments of ‘surprise’ and ‘delight’ to make our customers feel valued, and ensuring they know we’ve got their back
- Ensuring our customers always feel welcome by acknowledging, helping them connect with the right experts and focusing on their positive experience throughout their visit.

**What’s in it for you**:

This role reports to the Power tools Team Leader, works within a passionate team and involves working on a fixed roster basis, which will be from Sunday - Thursday.
