Fusion5 is in an exciting phase of growth, particularly in the Data & Analytics space. In line with this we are looking for a talented and engaging Solution Specialist to join our exceptional Fusion5 D&A team in either Auckland, Wellington, Melbourne, Sydney or Brisbane.

We are a leading Microsoft Solutions Partner specializing in delivering innovative data and analytics solutions. We are committed to helping businesses harness the power of data to drive informed decision-making and achieve their strategic goals.

**Job Purpose**
As a Data & Analytics (D&A) Solution Specialist, you will play a key role in our Team acting as a bridge between sales and delivery combining your technical expertise, business acumen, and ability to engage and influence our customers to drive sales outcomes by leveraging leading edge tools provided by Microsoft, Snowflake and AWS.

**Key responsibilities**:

- Actively work with our account team, uncover opportunities to upsell and cross-sell data & reporting solutions in our existing customer base
- Create, manage, maintain and own a pipeline of potential work
- Develop and deliver compelling customer presentations, business value propositions, demonstrations and proof-of-concepts that link directly to customer needs
- Engage with vendors and partners to maintain a deep understanding of emerging technologies and opportunities
- Work with partners to unlock funding to support our Customers projects
- Create content to support sales and marketing activities for the pillar.

**You will have**:

- 10+ years’ experience in a solution consultant and/or pre-sales role
- Strong technical background with the capability to operate at a helicopter view level whilst understanding and influencing the detail
- Proven track record of successful pre-sales activities, including RFP responses, workshops, and demonstrations
- Demonstrated ability to build trusted relationships with customers, vendors, and partners
- In-depth knowledge and certifications of Microsoft technologies, including Fabric, Azure and Power BI
- Demonstrable practical experience & knowledge of Data Strategies. Data Governance, Content Lifecycle & Data Management and Security, Data Privacy & Compliance
- Exceptional communication skills to engage stakeholders at all levels, including C-Suite executives
- Business acumen to align technology solutions with customer goals and deliver measurable business value
- Advanced presentation & demonstration skills
- Other data & AI related certifications such as Snowflake & AWS advantageous
- A relevant Tertiary qualification preferred.
