**Your day to day**
The moment a guest steps into one of our hotels, they walk into a genuinely memorable experience. As Marketing Coordinator, you’ll be a brand champion with a strong focus on driving online engagement. Key responsibilities include:

- Manage the hotel’s website and social media channels
- Coordinate artwork creation for print, point of sale and online marketing to ensure all materials meet brand standards
- Manage online distribution channel content such as OTAs
- Track hotel reputation on social media and respond to guest feedback to show we care

**What we need from you**
- Experience in managing social media platforms at a paid / commercial level
- Passion for sourcing/generating creative and engaging content
- Strong copywriting skills
- Excellent project management skills with the ability to lead marketing events and projects with multiple stakeholders
- Tertiary degree in Marketing, Business or Commerce
- Basic knowledge of SEO & SEM concepts
- Basic experience with Adobe Indesign would also be beneficial but not a prerequisite
