The government has recently renamed and repurposed the company to be a NZ-wide infrastructure delivery agency. Rau Paenga now has offices in Auckland and Wellington, as well as Christchurch, and we are now providing delivery services to departments, agencies and companies under the Crown, and to local government where relevant to support their one-off infrastructure project and programmes of work.

The Project Support Office (PSO) at Rau Paenga plays an essential role in project and programme delivery, and they are growing The PSO is looking for a talented Quality and Assurance Analyst to join their high-performing, highly collaborative team. You will play an essential role working across projects supporting the high-quality delivery of projects and programmes.

**Mō tēnei tūranga mahi | About the Role**

Reporting to the Quality and Assurance Manager and part of the wider PSO team, the Quality and Assurance Analyst’s core function will be to conduct quality and assurance for the Programme Delivery teams projects and programmes of work at Rau Paenga. In doing this you will:

- Take responsibility for contributing to the maintenance of Delivery Portfolio Management Plans.
- Support the facilitation of lessons learned workshops and develop a knowledge base of the lessons.
- Support and contribute to measuring, tracking and reporting of project and programme benefits
- Partner with the Programme Delivery team to support the implementation of improvement initiatives
- Provide assurance to the Quality and Assurance Manager, the PSO and Project Delivery teams.
- Ensure process is followed, reporting is complete and accurate, and Management Plans are adhered to.

Our ideal Quality and Assurance Analyst will bring experience in an assurance, internal audit or compliance capacity within a professional service or project management environment. You will have a good understanding of the portfolio, programme and project management maturity model (P3M3) and an understanding of ISO standards would be advantageous.

Taking a people focussed approach you make connections naturally and understand the true value of relationships. Your natural communication skills will come in handy when supporting the facilitation of workshops across the organisation.
