Dispatch Coordinator

This is a great opportunity for someone with positive energy who can function in a high performing environment. So, it is important to be able to work well under pressure, making sure that resources are allocated effectively so that delivery schedules with both drivers and customers as well as communicating with branch manager are carried out in an efficient and timely manner.

The hours of this role will be Monday to Friday, 7:00am - 3:30pm.

**The key responsibilities for this role**:

- Liaising with manager to set the production schedule for the day
- Preparing stock for dispatch
- Liaising with freight providers and customers to get the items on site as efficiently as possible
- Loading and unloading goods
- Operating safely and maintaining the company’s Health and Safety standards
- Packaging and quality control checks
- Managing stock levels and movements
- Order completion
- Computer literacy, forklift licence and dispatch experience are essential
- Full, clean drivers’ licence
- Customer service skills and has a “can do” attitude
- Excellent time management
- Good problem-solving skills and quick thinking under pressure
- Good phone manner and communication skills
- Physically fit and able to lift up to 20kgs
- Exposure to NetSuite and gantry license will be an advantage
