About the role
Stonewood Group is looking for an experienced Commercial Property Manager to assist with commercial leasing and property management across the group.

Key responsibilities include:

- Liaising with external agents and prospective tenants as required in relation to vacant commercial / residential space, and making recommendations to Directors in respect of lease proposals.
- Meeting with existing major tenants on a regular basis (at least annually) to build & maintain strong relationships to facilitate lease renewals.
- Maintenance of group leasing schedule and filing procedures for documentation.
- Liaising with directors, tenants, external property managers and valuers (if required) in relation to lease renewals and rent reviews and making recommendations to Directors.
- Ensuring the tenants vacating premises comply with reinstatement obligations including liaising with external lawyers and consultants as required.
- Liaison with clients and tenants ensuring good working relationships are developed and maintained.
- Ensure client satisfaction is achieved.
- Ensuring efficient and cost effective operational management functions including but not limited to rent reviews, tenancy renewals, debt management, inspections, tenancy mediation and tribunal hearings, assisting with disposal.
- Following agreed procedure in relation to overdue rental & ensuring tenant property recharges are properly calculated
- Liaising with directors, external consultants in relation to property operations including tenant queries, rules, monitoring and other tasks as agreed with directors.

About you
- A tertiary qualification, preferably in a property related discipline is preferred but not required.
- At least three years in a commercial property management & leasing role.
- Client relationship experience
