We are seeking a proactive and results-driven **Lead Generation Specialist** to identify and qualify potential customers interested in **solar energy solutions**. This role focuses **only on generating and qualifying leads—no direct selling involved**. You will connect with **homeowners and businesses**, educate them on the benefits of solar energy, and schedule appointments for our expert sales team.

This is a **commission-only position**, offering unlimited earning potential for those who can deliver high-quality leads.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Prospect & Identify Leads** - Research and connect with residential and business customers who may be interested in solar energy.
- **Educate & Qualify** - Provide basic information on **solar benefits, cost savings, cost of electricity and their power bill** to gauge interest.
- **Appointment Setting** - Schedule consultations for the sales team with pre-qualified leads.
- **Data Entry & Tracking** - Maintain lead information and follow-up status using a CRM system.
- **Meet Lead Targets** - Generate a steady pipeline of **high-quality solar leads** each month.
- **Stay Informed** - Keep up with **solar trends, incentives, and common customer concerns** to improve lead qualification.

**What We’re Looking For**:

- ** Lead generation, customer outreach, or telemarketing** (solar experience is a plus).
- ** Excellent communication skills** - Ability to engage, build rapport, and qualify leads effectively.
- ** Self-motivated and target-driven** - Must be comfortable working independently.
- ** Confident with cold calling, social media networking, and face-to-face interactions.**
- ** Basic knowledge of solar energy** (training provided).
- ** Flexible schedule** - Ability to maximise outreach opportunities.
