We are looking for compassionate and dedicated Part-time Support Worker to join our team, providing one-on-one care to Tangata (care recipients) with intellectual disabilities. You will play a vital role in their rehabilitation journey, helping them lead fulfilling and independent lives.

You’ll be supporting male Tangata, providing high levels of care tailored to individual needs.

Key responsibilities include:

- Assisting with personal care, hygiene, and daily routines
- Supporting with meal preparation and household cleaning
- Administering medication as required
- Transporting Tangata to appointments, gym sessions, and community outings
- Supporting independence through daily living skills and social engagement

Shifts are:

- Saturday's & Sunday's
- 7:00am - 12.00pm midday

**Ko wai koe | About You**
We’re looking for team members who are practical, empathetic, and enjoy connecting with people. Our Tangata live active lifestyles, so energy and adaptability are key.

To be successful, you’ll ideally bring:

- A qualification in Health and Wellbeing, Community Support, or related field (preferred but not essential)
- Confidence and strong communication skills
- Experience with personal care (advantageous)
- A positive, solution-focused attitude and genuine empathy
- Good physical fitness and stamina

**Requirements**:

- Full, clean class 1 driver's license with no restrictions is mandatory.
- You must be residing in and legally entitled to work in New Zealand.
- You will be required to undergo a Police Vetting check.
- You will be required to complete a Health Check.
