The Anglican Trust for Women & Children (ATWC) is a multi-disciplinary Social Services organisation with over one hundred and sixty years of service to families in our community. We have a full-time opportunity for a skilled Residential Coordinator to provide support and coordination to our Granger Grove residential parenting programme.

**Mō te tūnga | About the role**

You need skills in coordinating the day-to-day activities of families living in the residence, overseeing residential support staff to efficiently carry out their roles and responsibilities, providing professional support to residential staff to implement individual family plans, carrying out administrative tasks and ensure that organisational policies and regulations specifically Health and Safety are maintained for the benefit of residents and staff.

**Mōu | About you**

You must have a sound understanding of working with families/whanau with high and complex needs. Key skills and attributes include:

- Experience working in a residential setting
- Experience in working with complex family systems
- Child development knowledge
- Experience in teamwork, networking, collaboration, establishing and maintaining strong inter-agency relationships
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Current drivers license
