Job Title: Mobile & Computer Technician

Location: Lower Hutt, Wellington

Employment Type: Full-Time

Hours per week: guaranteed 30 to 40 hours per week.

Number of Vacancy: 1 position

**Requirements**:

- Diploma or above in hardware, computing, electrical parts, or similar field or at least 3 years relevant experience.
- Excellent ICT skills and strong knowledge of the ICT industry.
- Good understanding of computers/smartphones/networking and other communication devices.
- Good time management and communication skills and the ability to work well under pressure.
- Understanding of different Windows and/or Apple Mac operating systems.
- Great customer service and rapport building skills.
- Ability to thrive on complex and technical challenges.
- Excellent time management, prioritising and multitasking skills.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Diagnose and Fix All Desktop PC Problems (including hardware & software)
- Determining software and hardware requirements to provide solutions to problems
- Installing and downloading appropriate software
- Implementing computer networks
- The ability to resolve customer issues, particularly in relation to technical or website related issues and any other level of troubleshooting.
- Monitoring and maintaining computer systems and networks of the company
- Troubleshooting system and network problems and diagnosing and solving hardware / software faults.
- To ensure that all mobile phones are fully repair with competent and genuine knowledge
- Repairing and servicing devices
- Diagnosing the testing devices
- Provide customer service skills, help in selling product and service
