Our technology-enhanced, values-driven education model equips students for success in a rapidly changing world. **The Role**: As Assistant Campus Principal, you will support the Campus Principal in ensuring exceptional outcomes for students and staff. You will oversee senior year pathways, MAP processes, homeroom and year group performance, and staff management. Your leadership will foster a positive campus culture and promote academic excellence. This role will involve a 0.75FTE Teaching component. **Key Responsibilities**: - Lead initiatives aligned with OneSchool Global's ethos, values, and goals. - Oversee student academic and pastoral care through data-driven interventions. - Collaborate with staff to deliver high-quality teaching and learning experiences. - Maintain a visible leadership presence and address student behaviour matters. - Contribute to professional learning, staff inductions, and strategic planning. **What We’re Looking For**: - Current registration with the Teachers Council of Aotearoa New Zealand. - Leadership experience (e.g., Head of Department or Year). - Knowledge of NCEA and modern learning environments. - Strong communication, organisational, and interpersonal skills. - Proven ability to lead and inspire others. - Experience with self-directed learning models and regulatory compliance.
