**Te kāinga rua | The opportunity**

Play a key project planning and scheduling role, helping to provide the rigour and processing to enable project delivery across large infrastructure (and related) projects and programs of work. This is a unique opportunity to join the Beca Project Strategy & Delivery (PS&D) team based in Tauranga, working with like-minded project planning and delivery experts.

As well as working with the Tauranga team, you will be also working across Beca offices and project sites with a focus on ensuring great project outcomes and delivery for our clients. Your ability to build relationships will be important, such as when coordinating with project team in establishing resource loading of schedules for staffing forecasting and reporting of earned value. You will be using your relationship building and communication skills connecting both across Beca business lines and technical experts, as well as external with those parties involved in project delivery.

**Ko wai koe | About you**

To be successful in this role, you will have the credibility, confidence, and ability to operate across both small and large projects. While we do welcome applicants from a broad range of backgrounds, you will have demonstrated experience in this domain with several years’ experience, understanding the local market business and operating environment (our client and project needs mean this role will not suit a graduate).

Being tertiary qualified professional will be an advantage preferably with a finance, accounting, engineering or related degree. In addition, working towards or holding a professional registration will be beneficial such as with CCP, AIQS, RICs, PSP or PSMISP.

You will be a savvy, innovative and commercially minded professional with a collaborative approach. We also like to have fun along the way, so a good sense of humour will hold you in good stead. This position will provide you with wide exposure and create opportunities for career and professional development across the Beca business, both locally and across Australasia.
