**About the role**

We are looking for exceptional Customer Service Engineer to join our team in Hamilton to provide a quality product and service to internal and external customers, with skills from fault finding to performing maintenance on the FUJIFILM Business Innovation range of printers and photocopiers.

Other duties include:

- Installing, maintaining, and modifying FUJIFILM Business Innovation equipment and accessories for our clients
- Responding to allocated calls and resolving customer queries promptly
- Liaising with customers to ensure the service requirements have been met

**Skills & experience**

We are looking for someone who has exceptional mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills. Along with this, you will also have:

- Current Electrical Practicing License (or ability to obtain one)
- Experience in networking of printers and diagnosing print related problems
- Excellent ability to work autonomously and prioritise workload
- Outstanding communication and commitment to customer satisfaction
