**You will**:

- Design test and implement workflows to deliver content to the vendor and receive it back
- Implement protocols and procedures of the workflow
- Ensure appropriate handling of artifacts
- Vendor relationship management by providing advice and support to the vendors
- Internal and external stakeholder management
- Monitor project output
- Team collaboration
- Advocate and support commitment to the Kaupapa-centred approach
- Anticipate and mitigate risks and hazards and meet relevant business standards and protocols
**Skills needed**:

- Post-graduate qualification in archival discipline or equivalent industry experience
- Advanced skills in the use of data management tools
- Good business acumen
- Good working knowledge of workflow implementation and overseeing the process.
