Robotic Process Automation Engineer

We are on the hunt for an RBA Engineer here at NZME This role in the NZME Technology team will evaluate, design and implement Process Automation across NZME, utilising UiPath Robotic Process Automation (RPA) Software, Microsoft Power Platform or similar technologies.

**RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Evaluate opportunities across the NZME business for the use of RPA software
- Design processes that maintain strong system design architecture
- Develop and deploy processes to the business
- Support existing RPA processes across the business
- Collaborate with others in the RPA area to identify, diagnose, and resolve issues in automated processes.
- Monitor RPA systems, identify potential problems or bottlenecks, and implement proactive measures to optimize performance.
- Perform regular maintenance tasks such as software updates, patches, and system configurations.
- Troubleshoot and debug automation scripts, workflows, and integrations.
- Assist end-users in understanding RPA tools and functionalities, addressing their questions and concerns.
- Document support activities, including issue resolutions, troubleshooting steps, and best practices.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest RPA trends, tools, and technologies, and share knowledge with the team.

**QUALIFICATIONS**:

- Preferably Computer Science degree,
- Solid understanding of RPA concepts and technologies, such as UiPath, Blue Prism, Automation Anywhere, or similar platforms.
- Intermediate to advanced UiPath development and administration knowledge.
