Our **Alps Bar & Pizza **and **Hub** stores are places where passengers can have a light bite to eat and enjoy barista-style coffee or pamper themselves with something a little bit stronger from our extensive menu of cocktails, spirits, local wines, and craft beers.

**Part-Time Team Leader (25-30 hours per week)**

We're looking for a committed and enthusiastic **Team Leader** to join our hospitality **(Alps Bar & Pizza)** team in a part-time role at **Christchurch Airport. **Anyone with experience leading a team in a fast-paced hospitality/ retail environment with the flexibility to do morning shifts starting as early as **4 am** is welcome to apply

Your role as Team Leader will be to support the Store Manager with the daily operations of the store and lead your team by example to deliver an exceptional sales experience to our customers.

**Part-Time Team Member (16/30 hours per week)**

We are also looking for hard-working and team-focused individuals to join our hospitality teams at **Hub** and **Alps Bar & Pizza **stores at **Christchurch Airport. **These are** **permanent **Part-Time** roles with varied hours in offering so you can make your choice****

**To be part of our team you'll need to**:

- Bring previous experience working in a fast-paced retail environment
- Experience leading and mentoring a retail team (for team leader role)
- Communicate convincingly and with confidence
- Demonstrate exceptional presentation standards and a professional approach
- Champion maturity, initiative, and a sense of urgency- Hospitality/barista/bar experience will be highly regarded for this role
- As we operate in a dynamic airport environment where our stores are constantly trading, the ability to work a rotating roster incorporating early mornings, late nights, and weekends is essential.
