We are on the hunt for an experienced Maintenance Manager that has a can-do attitude, is a great team player, an eye for detail, excellent time management skills and is a great leader to engage and motivate.

**Naumi Auckland Airport **is designed as a city escape, with spaces crafted and presented to elevate mood & soul. Located just minutes away from the International and Domestic airports, it offers 193 spacious designer nests (rooms) with patios, an outdoor swimming pool, gym, Restaurant & Bar and over 2500sqm of conference and meeting space (indoor and outdoor).

This role is for someone who is passionate about getting their hands dirty and rolling up their sleeves to get the job done. You will be the “person-of-all-work”

**Ideally you bring**
- A trade background with 7+ years' experience in maintaining large properties.
- 3+ years of team management experience.
- Plumbing & electrical experience is desirable.
- Can-do attitude & an eye for detail.
- Willingness to step outside your comfort zone.
- Leadership skills and be a motivator in the team.
- Focus on customer service & openness to learn.
- Understanding of WorkSafe NZ regulations and knowledge of PPE for daily tasks.

**Some of what you will be doing**
- **Maintain and improve the presentation and general upkeep of the hotel buildings, surroundings, gardens, facilities, services and equipment.**:

- **Manage, coach, and roster your team to ensure all aspects of the maintenance schedule and projects are completed to the highest standard.**:

- **Undertake, strategize, organise, and execute the maintenance plans.**:

- **Liaise, engage, and manage contractors where necessary.**:

- **Review, process and approve the relevant invoicing.**:

- **Possess sufficient knowledge of hotel and its facilities for guest, client, and contractor enquiries.**:

- **Demonstrate commitment to Health and Safety polices and procedures.**
