We're looking for an F&B Supervisor who brings the same energy to the table, someone who can lead with heart, think on their feet, and deliver seamless experiences across our Conference & Events spaces, and other F&B outlets.
Naumi Auckland is looking for an experienced and energetic person in this role to lead by example and bring enthusiasm to every service touchpoint. You'll inspire your team to deliver high standards across our Conference & Events operations and F&B outlets.
Located just minutes from Auckland International and Domestic Airports, Naumi Hotel Auckland Airport features 193 designer nests (rooms), restaurant and bar, pool, gym, and over 2,500 sqm of versatile event space.
Reporting to the Food & Beverage Manager, you will assist in planning & executing conference and event operations as well as our restaurant, bar, and other F&B outlets, while ensuring guests are provided with a prompt & efficient services. This role also involves supervising the team to uphold service standards, addressing operational challenges as they arise, and supporting continuous improvement initiatives.
This is a 40-hours per week position, working across Monday to Sunday as per business demands and roster requirements.

- Prior F&B Supervisory or Team Leader experience, ideally with a strong background in Conference & Events operations in hotels
- Enthusiasm & initiative to make a difference
- Valid LCQ License (preferred)
- Exceptional eye for detail and ability to juggle multiple moving parts
- Excellent communication and organisation skills
- Flexible and creative approach to problem solving
- Availability to work weekends and different shifts

- Deal with guest queries and escalations while delivering 5-star experience
