**About this job**
- Support Packaging & Maintenance Manager in championing a safety first zero harm culture as measured by the SMI.
- Supports the Packaging & Maintenance Manager to ensure the development of a positive and constructive culture by effective use of support tools and culture action plans.
- Provide coaching and mentoring support to the Packaging Technicians by sharing knowledge and expertise.
- Implement all aspects of daily control system in packaging.
- Assist the Packaging & Maintenance Manager to recognise, analyse and attack losses throughout packaging by providing flexible resource to solve problems through technical expertise.
- Supports the packaging team in the ongoing implementation of TPM and the achievement of key audit targets and Pillar KPI’s as measured by audit reports
- Support the continuous improvement of the Packaging line performance through material standards, availability, and conformance.
- Work with the Packaging & Maintenance Manager to drive continuous improvement on key issues including taste ratings, flavour stability, plant micro, complaints and other FTR parameters pertaining to Packaging.
- Managing and resolving Pack material non-conformances and follow up (or problem solve) with the suppliers.
- Work closely with the site’s Inventory Controller to ensure Packaging’s routine practices for accurate inventory are implemented and complied with
- Ensure accurate material consumption compliance and support frequent cycle count and stock take activities.

**About You....**
- Tertiary Level Qualification
- Recent Logistics or Supply Chain Level Qualification
- At least 5 years’ experience in Supply Chain
- Excellent analysis and reporting skills
- Prior experience working within a FMCG business.
- SAP Experience Preferrable
