**Assistant Store Manager | Railside**

**The Role**:
We have a fantastic opportunity for an aspiring retail leader to join our West Liquor Railside team. If you are someone that thrives in a fast-paced, high volume retail environment, always look for new ways to bring the best shopping experience to our customers and above all, have a desire to help your team to become the best they can be, then we want to hear from you

As part of the wider Retail Management team, you will be involved in all aspects of assisting in the running of a busy retail store. You must have a current General Manager certificate and LCQ certification.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Delivering an unforgettable customer shopping experience
- Coaching and mentoring a small team, while fostering a continuous learning culture
- Supporting operational deliveries including stock management and merchandise strategies
- Delivering and exceeding budgets and all other important retail KPIs’
- Running the store in the absence of the Store Manager

**Who are we looking for?**
- Organised, responsible, reliable and flexible with loads of drive and energy
- Top notch leadership skills and can run the store confidently in the absence of the Store Manager
- Previous experience in leading a retail team with the ability to support and exceed business KPIs
- Highly customer focussed with a genuine passion and good understanding of the Retail industry
- Ability to provide innovative solutions to merchandising and store presentation
- Most importantly, someone who can have loads of fun while driving a high performing culture
- Someone who has a driven attitude that is always striving for more

There are 22 West Liquor and Village, Wine & Spirits stores, 4 Liquorland's, 8 hospitality venues and The Quality Hotel Lincoln Green.
