**MECHANICAL ENGINEER (GRADUATE)**

We are looking for a team player with practical skills who is looking to further develop their career, through involvement with the successful installation of leading edge technical equipment and plant upgrades. These upgrades are necessary going forward to support the company’s growth, involving increased production and wood value recovery.

Key objectives of this role include:

- Managing various projects on site and providing progress updates as required
- Providing technical advice to the Project Owners and Senior Management, along with other members of the Red Stag team
- Overseeing all work in progress, maintaining critical path programmes towards achieving targeted completion timeframes, within budget;
- To be well organised and responsible for the supervision of contracted project personnel, including ensuring their Health and Safety systems meet Red Stag Timber’s requirements

Previous sawmill site experience and knowledge is preferable, along with proven communication skills and a commitment to workplace health and safety.
