Facilities Custodian

Position Description

We're looking for a full-time Facilities Custodian to join our passionate and dedicated Property & Legal team. This is an autonomous role in which your sole focus will be to keep our beautiful Civic Centre building and grounds clean, safe and in good condition.

**What you'll be doing**
- Daily surface cleaning of all staff and public spaces within the Civic Centre
- Daily cleaning of staff kitchens and toilets
- General maintenance and upkeep of external common spaces, including but not limited - Weed spraying, leaf blowing and water-blasting of walkways and carparks
- Basic maintenance tasks

**What you'll bring to the role**

You'll be no stranger to hands-on work and will enjoy the satisfaction that comes from seeing your work pay off. A strong attention to detail and cleanliness is absolutely essential.

- Have a good level of physical fitness as the role involves heavy lifting
- Be able to prioritise and effectively manage multiple jobs
- Enjoy working autonomously
