Junior Administrator Argus Fire Protection is a well-known company with over 30 years' experience in the fire protection industry. The company covers all aspects including fire system design, installation and ongoing testing and maintenance of fire systems. The Bay of Plenty branch continues to grow and prides itself on exceeding its customers' expectations. We currently have a vacancy for a highly motivated individual to take on the position of Junior Administrator. The Bay of Plenty Junior Administrator will undertake a number of general office administration and reception duties. They will work closely with the Office Manager to help maintain a smooth and efficient office. The Junior Administrator will be proactive in their work habits and show high levels of interest and engagement in all tasks delegated to them. We are seeking a quick learner who has an ability to work cooperatively with a wide range of people and is reliable, dependable and willing to "pitch in" at all times. If you are this person, then you will be required to demonstrate: - ** NZ residency**: - A minimum of 2-3 years secondary schooling - Basic keyboard skills, knowledge of Microsoft Office programs including Outlook, Word and Excel. - Knowledge or experience with standard work routines which have involved the use of simple office equipment or machines, preferably in a busy office environment - NZ Drivers Licence - Experience in the performance of specific tasks and activities that do not involve supervision or close liaison with others - The ability to manage time effectively and to prioritise workloads effectively - Excellent telephone skills and the ability to respond positively and effectively to staff - Competence in taking and forwarding messages accurately and promptly - Previous experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 would be preferred but not necessary
