We have two Programme Facilitator Roles available both of these rewarding positions provide counselling and support to individuals and families experiencing co-existing problems. This type of support will also provide education and case management while promoting healthy lifestyles and healthy choices.
**Position One**:
This is a full time Clinical Programme Facilitator role working 80 hours per fortnight Monday to Friday 8am through until 5pm
**The Skills/Requirements**:
- Applicants must have a relevant degree level and hold DAPAANZ registration or similar professional health registration
- Minimum of two years experience working in the mental health and addictions sector
- Excellent time management skills.
- Understanding of professional boundaries and practice ethics.
- Understanding of group dynamics and be confident and have experience in group facilitation ability to facilitate therapeutic groups
- Complete client psychosocial individual treatment plan within required timeframe.
- Make appropriate referrals to community agencies and conduct follow up.
- Function as a member of a multi-disciplinary team and contribute to the development of a strong case management team.
- Provide individual/group/family counselling as required.
- Educate clients on all aspects of treatment and corresponding health issues in a group setting
- Assist in supporting all recovery activities while on site.
- Must be flexible and have ability to think quickly and creatively.
- Have a good sense of humour.
**Position Two**:
This is a part time Non Clinical Programme Facilitator role working 32 hours per fortnight Thursday and Friday 8am through until 5pm
**The Skills/Requirements**:
- Applicants must have a relevant degree level and hold DAPAANZ registration or similar health professional registration
- Preferable to have some experience working in the mental health and addictions sector or a relatable field.
- Excellent time management skills.
- Understanding of professional boundaries and practice ethics.
- Understanding of group dynamics and be confident and have experience in group facilitation ability to facilitate therapeutic groups
- Complete client psychosocial individual treatment plan within required timeframe.
- Make appropriate referrals to community agencies and conduct follow up.
- Function as a member of a multi-disciplinary team and contribute to the development of a strong case management team.
