**He angitutanga | The opportunity**

The Delivery and Partnerships Group delivers EECA's core market facing programmes to all sectors. The group advises on energy options to improve affordability and security of supply, and through access to a variety of funding mechanisms supports adoption of renewable energy technologies.

Due to internal movement, we are looking for a Sector and Indirect Manager to maintain existing and establishing new, partnerships with external entities to promote energy efficiency initiatives and build awareness of renewable energy technologies. This role will also contribute to managing programme performance and taking a lead role in initiatives that support EECA's key focus areas.

To be successful in this role, you'll be excellent at understanding clients, building rapport and confident at managing partnerships. Your current role likely involves developing content and tools, or driving behaviour change within businesses (ideally with an energy focus).

In addition, you will have experience in:

- Stakeholder engagement and relationship management
- Content development for delivery through marketing and communications channels
- Identifying and implementing business change or growth opportunities
- The challenges facing businesses and whole sectors around renewable energy
