**What you’ll need**
- Sound understanding of developing policy and how to navigate comfortably through ministerial procedures
- Excellent stakeholder management skills and the ability to liaise with decision makers and sector leaders at all levels
- Focused on collaboration - work together on common goals, paying special attention to mentoring and developing the skills of the team and department
- Experience producing briefing and Cabinet papers
- Experience producing Regulatory Impact Statements
