**Graphic Designer**

If you're creative and love to design, but also enjoy a bit of rhythm and structure in your work, then this opportunity to work as our in-house graphic designer might just be the one for you.

With our bi-monthly promotional campaigns and brand design needs, you'll have these standard requirements down-pact in no time. And to keep things fresh, you can get creative and come up with some fancy designs for event collateral, signage or suggestions for digital projects to contribute to providing a customer experience as we deliver various exciting projects throughout the year.

**About the role**

Using your graphic design and digital expertise, you'll work alongside the Trade Marketing Engagement Manager to support to our marketing activities by:

- ** Producing graphics for the CARTERS business. **From concept to completion, you'll be designing all aspects across our promotions, events and social media campaigns and more.
- ** Being the guardian of our brand, **making sure graphics produced meet our brand guidelines and are suitable for internal and external audiences
- ** Produce engaging designs **for our visual communications to enhance the customer experience
- ** Contribute and coordinate** with wider marketing team on business initiatives and projects

**About you**

As a design guru, you'll succeed in this role because you have the following skills, experience and values:

- ** Proficient designer with high attention to detail **who has previous graphics experience, ideally with a relevant qualification
- ** An eye for emerging design trends** with a passion for providing creative solutions
- ** A self-motivated team player** who has high creativity, attention to detail, problem-solving skills and is able to multi-task and prioritise effectively
- ** Enjoys a challenge from time to time and happy to give things a go**
