**About the Role | Mō te Tūranga
The role of Category Review Project Lead is to effectively project manage, connect and guide teams to deliver and execute category reviews effectively. It plays a critical role in being the central liaison for all category, range and space changes, working closely with internal teams and providing solution focused advice and feedback.

Your key responsibilities include:

- Play a pivotal role in planning and managing projects across the network, from conception to implementation
- Proactively engage with all key stakeholders, keeping everyone informed and ensuring key milestones are identified and communicated
- Actively manage a category schedule utilising google sheets and other data driven software
- Lead and prepare for weekly status meetings with the team
- Provide accurate and proactive reporting on progress, risks, and roadblocks, including active troubleshooting of problems and challenges
- Take the initiative in generating new innovative ways of working
- Contribute towards team culture of continuous improvement through ongoing benchmarking and innovation of processes and ways of working

You will need to be confident dealing with a range of different personalities and be able to quickly establish highly effective relationships. It goes without saying you have tons of initiative and enjoy keeping others on track with your proactive influencing skills.

Some prior experience within FMCG, category or project management would be useful however not a necessity.
