We serve a population of approximately 259,000 for the major population centres of Tauranga, Katikati, Te Puke, Whakatāne, Kawerau and Ōpōtiki. The Perioperative Department is looking for a dynamic Clinical Nurse Coordinator to provide direct clinical coordination and expertise, ensuring a safe, effective practice environment which supports the management of planned care and acute patient flow within the Perioperative Department.

This is a full-time opportunity, based at the Whakatāne Hospital.

- Show ability to build professional relationships within the perioperative environment

This is a designated senior nurse role and evidence of relevant post graduate education and engagement with PDRP preferably at expert level or working towards is required.
