As an Assistant Bank Manager, you’ll be the Bank Manager’s right hand, helping lead the branch with energy, care, and a sharp focus on what matters most: our people and our customers.
You’ll play a key role in improving branch efficiencies, supporting compliance, and making sure our team understands and applies banking policies and processes. You’ll also coach, develop, and motivate your team to deliver memorable customer experiences — every time. We’re looking for someone who’s confident, collaborative, and committed to making a real impact. You’ll bring:
- Proven experience in a leadership or mentoring capacity
- Previous experience in a banking environment
- The ability to drive a high-performing culture focused on great customer and business outcomes
- Experience coaching, training, and motivating others to deliver exceptional service
- Knowledge of day-to-day branch operations
- A strong understanding of consumer credit and lending principles
- The ability to build trust, rapport, and long-lasting relationships
- A genuine desire to help individuals achieve their goals
