**Position Overview**

**Key Responsibilities**

**Operations Management**:

- Oversee day-to-day operations of the practice, ensuring a smooth and efficient workflow.
- Implement and maintain office policies and procedures.
- Coordinate and schedule patient appointments to maximize productivity.
- Ensure the practice is clean, well-maintained, and compliant with health and safety regulations.

**Staff Management**:

- Recruit, train, and supervise administrative and clinical staff.
- Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide ongoing training and development opportunities.
- Foster a positive and collaborative work environment.

**Financial Management**:

- Manage the practice’s financial records.
- Oversee billing, invoicing, and insurance claims processes.
- Monitor and control expenses to ensure profitability.
- Prepare financial reports and forecasts for senior management.

**Patient Relations**:

- Ensure a high level of patient satisfaction by addressing patient concerns and complaints promptly.
- Oversee patient communication, including appointment reminders, follow-ups, and feedback surveys.
- Implement strategies to improve patient retention and attract new patients.

**Compliance and Risk Management**:

- Ensure the practice complies with all relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards.
- Implement and monitor health and safety policies and procedures.
- Manage risk assessments and address any issues promptly.

**Qualifications**

**Education / Experience**
- Diploma (level 7) /Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, or a related field or Minimum of 3 years of experience in healthcare dental management

**Skills**:

- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in practice management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
- Knowledge of dental industry regulations and standards.
