We have an exciting opportunity for you to join our team as a Produce Supervisor. We pride ourselves on delivering exceptional customer service and are currently looking for someone to help lead the Produce Team. We strive to achieve our customer promises of Fresh As, Cheap As and Sweet As

**Your key responsibilities and requirements will be**
- Time Manage the department to ensure all results are delivered, on time, everyday
- Enhancing customer service and delivering excellent service
- Ensure pricing is accurately displayed as well as other requirements such as Country of Origin
- Assist with planning and coordinating of day to day tasks in the Produce Department
- Step up in the absence of the 2IC
- Improve and ensure processes and procedures are followed
- Training new team members

**About you**:

- You will have proven produce experience and knowledge
- You thrive in a fast-paced environment and able to think of on your feet
- Have previously stepped up to leadership and led teams to achieve results
- Highly motivated with great communication and initiative

**Hours of work and Remuneration**

This is a permanent full time position. Minimum 40 hour, 5 days per week. $25-$30 per hour depending on experience
