Te Whatu Ora Te Matua a Maui Hawke's Bay has an exciting opportunity for a Fixed Term Hospital Pharmacy Manager to join the Hospital Group Leadership Team to support with delivery of high quality healthcare for the Hawke's Bay Hospital.

This is a pivotal role that will provide senior management support of the General Manager and will directly contribute to the quality and success of our service delivery in the Hawke's Bay. The role provides leadership across the services and is supported by an established group leadership team.

You'll need to be self-motivated and results driven as well as enjoy working in a fast paced and ever-changing environment. You'll have a passion for making a difference, achieving results and be hungry for a challenge. You'll work alongside the wider multi disciplinary team so being able to work collaboratively is a must

Extensive Clinical Pharmacy experience.
Experience in leading and managing a team
Patient-focused approach
Change management experience
Quality experience
Knowledge of legislative or other external influences affecting the health sector.
