**Position**

**Person**
You will have broad knowledge of property and facilities management, a keen understanding of buildings, with relevant experience. Adept in managing large budgets and financial aspects of your portfolio, having strong strategic and tactical abilities, and thriving in a busy and dynamic environment is a must. With agility to transition between hands-on and strategic, your solid technical abilities will include involvement in large capital projects, and demonstrable experience in contractor and safety management. You will also be driven by success, and willing to go above and beyond in all your engagements - from creating and effecting long-term strategies to having a great leadership style and collaborative approach.
