As a **Product Coordinator** you will join our close-knit and fast paced team. The role has a key focus on working closely with suppliers, entering their products and information into our reservation system and supporting our sales team.

**Responsibilities**:

- Ensure product rates are up-to-date and adjusted for seasons
- Assist with product queries and questions from our sales team
- Updating client and supplier H&S information
- Ensure our booking system is accurate and up-to-date
- Loading new products to our system
- Continuous development of knowledge on New Zealand and Australia product

**Requirements**:

- Passionate and knowledgeable about New Zealand
- Computer skills basic image editing, and data sorting
- Excellent organisational, administrative, and time management skills
- Ability to work to high standards under pressure and deadlines
