Realising the targeted outcomes will require high levels of engagement across and collaboration with the areas and stakeholder groups mentioned. Attention to detail, recognition of a divergent set of perspectives, and the ability to communicate effectively will be required to be successful in this role.

The Process Workstream lead is responsible for the development and execution of the required Programme solution architecture in collaboration with the System Workstream, Roles and Responsibilities Workstream leads and the Programme Manager.

We are refactoring our Financial Management Information System, NetSuite, and selecting, implementing and integrating a Human Resource Information System and Customer Relationship Management system, each having process work to be completed.

In addition, we are reviewing research, finance and People and Culture processes, designing them optimised for time and simplicity.

Success will require collaboration with other Workstream Leads, positive relationships with all stakeholders including vendors, a big picture perspective and good team leading skills.

**This position is** a fixed term contract to 30 June 2026, reporting to the Mahi Tahi Programme Manager, and is ideally based in our Lincoln site.

**About you**

You will have 5 years or more Lean Six Sigma and BPM experience in mid-sized organisations, ideally in the Government sector. You will have experience establishing a BPM practice within the business including the toolsets such as Nintex ProMapp (Process Manager). You will have successfully circumnavigated the complexities and issues associated with this.

You are an experienced BPM lead, comfortable with co-planning and executing a solution architecture spanning several years. You have good status reporting skills and are able to communicate key information clearly and succinctly. You proactively manage your workstream and take the necessary actions to keep your milestones.

You have led teams of BPM analysts, acting as mentor and advisor to your team. You have led diverse local and remote teams, established and maintained vendor relationships and successfully delivered several projects in line with the budget, time and quality brief.

You proactively develop strategies to upskill your team based on their strengths and weakness using effective techniques.

You will be experienced at issue resolution and the promotion of respectful relationships while getting the job done.

You will have excellent communication skills, and be able to present status, issues, and benefits in clearly using jargon free language that is understandable to stakeholders and decision makers.

You will have experience contributing to decision making as a technical advisor and system expert. You will have stories to tell of what worked, as well as what didn't despite the best laid plans. You'll have formed an opinion on how to operate a NetSuite platform and environment most effectively and you'll be keen to share that opinion.
