**About you**:
We are on the look-out for a keen and enthusiastic full-time Front of House superstar to join our team at our Freemans Bay Café. If you're passionate about delivering top-notch customer service and creating unforgettable dining experiences, then this is the role for you

This role involves delivering a high level of service and quality, greeting customers, operating the till system, and Front of House support all whilst working alongside a great team to provide an excellent customer experience.

**Day to day in this role you will**:

- Work alongside our FOH and Barista team to ensure that every cup of coffee that leaves our hands is at the same high quality standard.
- Taking orders and operating the till system
- Provide an excellent coffee experience to our Robert Harris customers.
- Lead by example and motivate those around you, execute drink preparation, service and a spirit of genuine hospitality.

**We are looking for someone who**:

- Has a genuine love for coffee and the hospitality industry and is eager to share their knowledge and experience.
- Is enthusiastic, friendly, and able to work under pressure in a team environment
- Communicates effectively with fellow staff and customers and maintain focus and work at pace.
- Has Barista skills in all areas of preparation: brewing, espresso, latte art is desired
- The ability to build strong relationships with both coworkers and our customers.

This is a full-time opportunity for 35 hours per week across M-F.
